Is That Seat Taken?
Here's a weird observation. Here at work, we have restrooms in the lobby. Both are "unisex," for men or women.I stepped in to one this morning to wash my hands, and noticed the oddest thing. A chair sitting against the back wall of the room. I'm not sure what to think about that. Why is it there? No one would join someone in the bathroom while they are taking care of business. I certainly don't hang out in there after doing my thing, reading a magazine in that chair. It's not the new place where employees relax to sit and eat their lunch. I know, gross. So, what's the chair for? These are the things I think about.

Maybe for changing clothes--a place to sit while you take off shoes/put on shoes while doing so or to put something down without setting it on the floor? That's my best guess!
My friend and I have this on going joke that when the day is passing by extra slow.. that we'll go sneak out the bathroom window and nobody will notice were gone. Maybe the chair is there for a little boost to the window!!
We have a chair in the bathroom at my workplace for a co-worker who is breastfeeding, and goes into the bathroom to pump. ?? Anyone have a baby recently?
Nope---no babies. :)
We too have a chair in our unisex restroom - it is for our nursing mothers. Thats the only thing I can think of.
