Drip-dry?

Technology.

Sometimes it's not so convenient. Take those automatic paper towel dispensers in public restrooms, for example.

They wouldn't bother me if they rolled out in a timely fashion. Or if they rolled out at all.

Seems like I spend three minutes longer than normal waving my hand in front of the sensor, while telling the device to hurry up.

It must be an odd sight to other women entering the restroom. Probably looks like I'm miming the paper towels.

Just put the old ones back, and I'd be happy to grab them myself.

Really, how much effort does it take?

Thank you! Those things drive me nuts! I like to use more than a teenine little square to dry my hands with, so I have to wave my hand in front of the sensor then wait for it to slowly dispense a small sheet. Then you can't just wave your hand in front of it for more, you have to rip it off then do it all over again. What a pain. But it sure beats those stupid air dry ones that never get your hands dry.

I agree about the blowers. They scare my 3-year-old!

Next thing you know it'll be automatic tp dispensers driving us nuts! As if there aren't enough automatic things in a restroom..automatic flush, automatic soap, automatic water, automatic dryer...I'm telling ya...next is TP...LOL!
