Keep on glowin'

4th of July.

It was a late night for us.

We gathered with our neighbors and had a crowd of about 50 people for our own little fireworks display.

My 6-year-old reminded me of my own childhood memories when he asked me this question before crawling into bed.

"Mom, will my glow necklaces still be working in the morning?" I used to ask my Mom the same thing.

Not sure what to say, I told him the same thing my parents told me.

Put them in the freezer.

Not sure if it will work, but, at least it bought me some time.

Some things never change.
